AI Specialist

At RDT we are looking for a middle/senior professional with experience in Artificial Intelligence projects, data, and digital transformation. A consultative profile, capable of understanding client business needs, identifying where artificial intelligence and data can add value, and actively contributing to bringing those solutions to life.

· Participate in the definition and development of AI, data, and automation projects, from design to delivery.

· Translate client business needs into viable solutions, helping to define scope, phases, and deliverables.

· Participate in meetings, workshops, and client presentations, acting as a bridge between the technical team and the business.

· Support pre-sales activities: proposals, demos, value propositions, and cost estimates.

· Collaborate within the project team, ensuring quality and deadline compliance (with the possibility of coordinating projects as they evolve).

Experience or familiarity with the following will be valued:

· Python and/or SQL.

· Cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

· Knowledge of GenAI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, chatbots/assistants.

· Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker...) and/or automation tools (Power Automate, Make, n8n...).

· Knowledge of responsible AI use and data governance.

· 4+ years in technology, consulting, data, AI, or digital transformation projects, having participated in at least one of these areas: AI/ML, generative AI/LLM, data analytics, automation, or cloud solutions.

· Ability to translate business problems into solution proposals, identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Strong client communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and client profiles.

• Proactivity: initiative to identify opportunities and propose ideas, without limiting oneself to executing assigned tasks.

• Teamwork: ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial, and management profiles, contributing to the common goal.

En RDT estamos buscando un/a profesional middle/senior con experiencia en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial, data y transformación digital. Un perfil consultivo, capaz de comprender las necesidades de negocio del cliente, identificar dónde la inteligencia artificial y los datos pueden aportar valor y contribuir activamente a materializar esas soluciones.

· Participar en la definición y el desarrollo de proyectos de IA, datos y automatización, desde el diseño hasta la entrega.

· Traducir necesidades de negocio del cliente en soluciones viables, ayudando a definir alcance, fases y entregables.

· Participar en reuniones, workshops y presentaciones con cliente, actuando de puente entre el equipo técnico y el negocio.

· Apoyar en preventa: propuestas, demos, estimaciones y argumentarios de valor.

· Colaborar dentro del equipo de proyecto asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de plazos (con posibilidad de coordinar proyectos según evolución).

Se valorará experiencia o familiaridad con:

· Python y/o SQL.

· Fundamentos cloud (Azure, AWS o GCP).

· Conocimiento de GenAI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, chatbots/asistentes.

· Herramientas de visualización (Power BI, Tableau, Looker...) y/o de automatización (Power Automate, Make, n8n...).

· Nociones de uso responsable de IA y gobierno del dato.

· 4+ años en proyectos de tecnología, consultoría, data, IA o transformación digital, habiendo participado en al menos una de estas áreas: IA/ML, IA generativa/LLM, analítica de datos, automatización o soluciones cloud.

· Capacidad de traducir problemas de negocio en propuestas de solución, detectando oportunidades de mejora.

· Buena comunicación con cliente: capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara a perfiles no técnicos.

· Capacidad para colaborar de forma fluida con perfiles técnicos, comerciales y de cliente.

• Proactividad: iniciativa para detectar oportunidades y proponer ideas, sin limitarse a ejecutar las tareas asignadas.

• Trabajo en equipo: capacidad para colaborar de forma efectiva con perfiles técnicos, comerciales y de dirección, aportando al objetivo común.

• Visión de negocio: entender qué necesita realmente el cliente y cómo la IA o los datos pueden aportarle valor.

• Comunicación: explicar conceptos técnicos con claridad a interlocutores no técnicos.
