The role

Do you have 2/4 years of experience in international sales within the industrial sector (machinery, refrigeration, or capital goods)? If you have experience in business development in the industrial sector and have a high level of English. At Randstad Professionals, we are looking for you.

What you'll do

Business Development: Active prospecting and opening new markets in the European and American environment.
Consultative Sales: Capturing projects, understanding the client's technical requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
Full Management: Leading the entire sales process: from preparing the technical and economic proposal to closing and overseeing after-sales.

Technical Collaboration: Direct coordination with the Design and Engineering departments to ensure excellence in project execution.

Account Management: Building loyalty and managing the portfolio of the company's active clients.

Requirements

Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) or higher education with a solid technical-commercial track record.
Experience: Between 2 and 5 years in international sales within the industrial sector (machinery, refrigeration, or capital goods).
Languages: English level C1 (essential). Knowledge of French or Portuguese will be positively valued.
Skills: Ability for technical sales, proactive profile, and excellent communication skills.
Availability for occasional international travel.
