The role

We are looking for a senior international Sales Manager to lead commercial development in Europe and other strategic markets, managing both an existing portfolio and the opening of new accounts in the maritime sector.

Company specialized in the sale and maintenance of engines for vessels
Established company with more than 20 years of track record

What you'll do

Business development and management in the international naval sector (mainly Europe)
Management of existing portfolio and opening of new strategic accounts
Identification, generation, and closing of commercial opportunities
Direct access and communication with key decision-makers.
Efficient planning of business trips and prioritization of high-value visits
Participation in international trade fairs and industry events
Coordination with technical teams to define value propositions
Contribution to achieving overall and individual commercial targets

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Solid sales experience in:
- Marine machinery / naval maintenance
- Maritime equipment or similar industrial environments
Experience in international sales within the maritime sector
Demonstrated ability to:
- Generate business from scratch
- Access complex accounts (not cold calling)
Knowledge of maritime hubs, ports, and global industry networks
High autonomy and a "hunter" mindset
Very high level of English (essential, fully international environment)
Full availability for international travel (frequent trips + trade fairs)

➕ Highly valued

Active network of contacts in shipping companies.
Other languages (French, German, Chinese...)
Technical background (not essential, but understanding of machinery is valued)
