We are looking for a dynamic, analytical Operations Manager with a vocation for service to join our offices in Paseo de los Melancólicos (Madrid) in a temporary position (maternity leave cover until January 2027). You will be the key piece in resolving requests from customers and Nickel Points, executing acquisition campaigns, managing administration, and optimizing internal processes.

The main functions of the Operations Manager position at Nickel are structured into the following areas of responsibility:

1. Customer Service and Sales Network

Respond to and resolve requests, inquiries, and incidents received through the various communication channels.

Offer a service that meets the department's quality and productivity standards.

Promote the entity's services and products during interactions with stakeholders.

1. Commercial Management and Acquisition

Carry out telephone campaigns aimed at prospects for the acquisition of new customers or points of sale.

Analyze the needs of the customer and prospect portfolio to offer appropriate solutions.

1. Control, Compliance, and Administration

Execute daily administrative and control tasks associated with the operations area.

Analyze and verify the compliance of received documentation and files.

Detect, analyze, and escalate any irregularity or anomaly found in operations.

Guarantee rigorous compliance with operating procedures and internal controls.

1. Data Maintenance and Continuous Improvement

Perform specific tasks such as cleaning and updating the company's databases.

Participate in development testing and validation of new internal tools.

Propose and implement improvements in operating processes to optimize the department's efficiency.

Collaborate on cross-functional projects of the entity according to the needs of the area manager.
