The role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead one of the most iconic luxury urban hotels in Madrid.

Experience in the luxury segment is essential.
Recognized 5* hotel located in Madrid city.

What you'll do

Lead the correct implementation of the strategy defined by the company.
Become the main ambassador of the brand and the establishment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest experience.
Manage and develop the team of department heads, fostering a culture of responsibility, high performance, and collaboration.
Maintain a constant presence in operations, acting as a visible figure for both teams and guests.
Oversee excellence across all touchpoints of the guest experience.
Drive commercial initiatives together with corporate teams to maximize results and positioning.
Ensure compliance with profitability, reputation, and guest satisfaction objectives.
Represent the hotel before clients, partners, key institutions, and stakeholders in the sector.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Consolidated experience as a Hotel General Manager or in senior leadership positions within luxury or high-end lifestyle establishments.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex operational environments.
Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and excellence in execution.
Highly visible profile in operations, far removed from purely administrative management.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Outgoing, commercial personality with a great ability to develop high-level relationships.
Professional presence, personal confidence, and the ability to make decisions in demanding environments.
Passion for hospitality and a true vocation for being close to both guests and teams.
