We are looking to bring on board an Executive Housekeeper for a prestigious 5 Grand Luxury Hotel in Santander.

What will your mission be?

You will be the person responsible for coordinating the housekeeping and cleaning area, ensuring the quality, image, and excellence standards befitting a Grand Luxury establishment.

You will be in charge of a team of between 10 and 15 people, depending on hotel occupancy, to make sure everything is covered.

How will you do it?

  • You will organize shifts, schedules, and weekly days off.

  • You will coordinate the housekeeping team on a daily basis.

  • You will supervise rooms, common areas, and general cleaning to ensure everything is perfect.

  • You will review quality and detail standards.

  • You will coordinate with reception, maintenance, and other departments.

  • You will resolve day-to-day operational issues.

  • You will provide direct operational support when necessary.

  • You will optimize resources according to occupancy and service needs.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions in 4* superior or 5* hotels.

  • You have previously led teams.

  • A hybrid profile: management + operations.

  • Experience with hotel management systems is highly valued, especially Hub OV.

    Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Attention to detail and excellence in service—this is essential!

  • A resourceful, proactive person with initiative.
