Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher-level vocational training (FP Grado Superior) in Industrial Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience working with robotic welding cells, preferably in the automotive sector.
Technical skills:

Proficiency in programming KUKA and ABB robots.

Solid knowledge of welding parameters and blueprint reading.

Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.

What you'll do

Programming and adjustment: Creating and modifying paths on KUKA and ABB welding robots.
Cell maintenance: Preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic welding installations and cells.
Quality assurance: Controlling welding parameters (MIG/MAG, TIG, spot welding, or laser) to meet the standards required in the automotive industry.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic breakdowns on the line.
Continuous improvement: Optimizing cycle times and reducing scrap.
