Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or similar, operational English —especially written— good command of Excel and management tools.

English B2.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in export, especially letters of credit and maritime transport.

The role

Do you have experience as an administrator in logistics? At RANDSTAD, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Preparation and review of export documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and associated documentation, including letters of credit.

Coordination with clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, agents and agencies.

Documentary follow-up of shipments and resolution of incidents.

Internal coordination with Sales, Logistics, Production and Administration, with progressive support for international operations.

How you'll work

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:00.
