The role

At Randstad, we are looking for a Machine Operator with experience in liquid lines to join a leading company in the cosmetics sector, recognized for its high standards of quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

What you'll do

Packaging guide: Check date, batch, expiration, weight, appearance... according to the guide's instructions.
Record the total quantity for the day.
Performance report sheet: Record the product, PA code, batch, expiration, and date.
Note the number of people, hours worked, and sum the total hours and production.
Packaging line notebook: Note date, product, batch, start time, incidents, units manufactured per shift, and personnel.

Requirements

Check that the material to be used is the correct one according to the guide.
Check that the batch to be marked is correct.
Start up the machine in case it has been stopped.
Verify the weight dosage.
Quality self-control, verify the correct manufacturing of the product using the indicated checks.
Perform the necessary adjustments on the machine for correct qualitative and quantitative production.
At the end of the batch, remove all remaining material, count it, and close the packaging guide.
Perform the line clearance.
Perform a batch change for the cartoning machine, the jaws, and the sealer to proceed with the next batch.
Disassemble nozzles and blower bodies and clean them to reassemble.
