Industrial Machine Operator - Food Sector

Stability and Career Future: We are looking for a long-term relationship. You will start the project with a 3-month contract through a staffing agency (an ideal phase to adapt to the machinery and the team) followed by direct and permanent integration into Alnut's stable workforce after this period.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance: Your schedule will be organized in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, and depending on production needs, you will have the opportunity to work weekends, allowing you to add extra income to your monthly earnings.

Competitive Compensation: Base hourly rate: €9.98 gross, and night shift rate: €11.00 gross (an attractive increase to compensate and recognize your commitment during the night shift).

Advanced Technological Environment: You will work with state-of-the-art machinery in the agri-food sector (industrial autoclaves and pasteurization tunnels), in a plant that prioritizes safety and innovation.

Experience in Demanding Environments (Food and/or Automotive): You bring previous experience working in the Food Industry or the Automotive sector. We highly value your familiarity with industrial production rhythms, safety regulations, and the high-quality standards of these sectors.

Skill with Industrial Machinery and Robotics: You have proven experience in handling, configuring, and supervising industrial machinery or automated robots. You are comfortable interacting with control panels, verifying technical parameters, and ensuring the correct flow of the technology under your charge.

Own Vehicle Required: Due to the location of our facilities in Carlet (Valencia) and to ensure your comfort and punctuality during shift rotations (morning, afternoon, and night), having your own vehicle is essential to commute to the workplace.

Autoclave Process Control: You will be the specialist responsible for the section, handling the correct positioning of the product on trays and the absolute control of the machinery.

Monitoring and Technical Configuration: You will ensure everything works perfectly by checking probes and pressure indicators, precisely selecting recipes in the system, and constantly supervising thermal parameters.

Expert in Thermal Treatment: You will master and control the key end-of-line processes (both the autoclave and the pasteurization tunnel), ensuring the product receives the exact treatment for its perfect preservation.

Ensuring Quality at the End of the Line: You will supervise that the finished product meets quality and integrity standards before moving to the next packaging phase.

Food Safety Custodian (HACCP): As a key part of plant safety, you will rigorously carry out the controls for the Critical Control Points (CCPs) assigned to your area, guaranteeing a 100% safe product for the consumer.
