Minimum requirements
Accredited experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years working as a First-class Technician in the HVAC and commercial/industrial refrigeration sector.
Location: Residence in Las Rozas de Madrid or neighboring municipalities (Majadahonda, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Torrelodones, Galapagar, etc.) is essential to optimize travel times.
Technical certifications:
F-gas handling certificate without charge limit.
OHS training for plumbing and HVAC installations (20 hours or equivalent per collective agreement).
Valid B driving license.
Proactive profile, meticulous with finishes, and with the capacity to work 100% autonomously.
A RITE certificate will be highly valued.
Remuneration: Competitive salary according to the First-class Technician category and experience provided (negotiable based on technical merit).

An expanding company in the HVAC and technical installations sector selects a First-class HVAC Technician with proven experience and a high technical level for immediate incorporation in Las Rozas de Madrid.
We are looking for a consolidated, autonomous, and decisive professional, capable of leading interventions in both preventive/corrective maintenance as well as the installation and commissioning of commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems.
Position responsibilities
Execution, assembly, and commissioning of HVAC installations: VRF/VRV, aerothermal systems, chillers, compact units, splits/multisplits, and duct networks.
Advanced diagnosis and repair of mechanical, refrigeration, and control/electrical panel faults.
Periodic preventive and corrective maintenance according to RITE regulations.
Refrigerant charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and balancing of pressures/temperatures.
Technical management of work reports, client communication, and supervision of finishes.
Contract type: Initial 3-month temporary contract + direct transition to an Indefinite Contract after passing the initial period (stable and long-term project).
Working day and schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, continuous schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
Location: Las Rozas de Madrid.
