Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

• Experience: Senior / Experienced Profile (minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Maintenance Tradesperson, Industrial Electromechanic, or Maintenance Technician, preferably in the food or packaging sector).
• Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or similar.
• Technical knowledge: Diagnosis and repair in mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and welding.
• Experience in packaging, packing machinery and/or roasting lines/industrial ovens.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
• Key competencies: Organizational capacity, initiative to create procedures, high problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a global vision of the plant.
• Other: Driver's license and own vehicle to travel to the workplace.

• Salary: Attractive salary remuneration oriented towards the experience provided, between €28,000 and €33,000 Gross/year (Negotiable).
• Contract type: Full-time Permanent Contract (stable long-term project).
• Working hours: Continuous morning shift (shift from 05:00/05:30 h to 13:00/13:30 h, ensuring setup prior to production startup at 06:00 h).

In coordination with the production and cleaning departments, as a technical lead you will be responsible for:

• Organizing and implementing the preventive maintenance plan and the technical cleaning/sanitization protocols for the facilities.
• Corrective maintenance and fault resolution: Diagnosis, repair, and rapid intervention in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Management of continuous and automatic production lines. Technical supervision, setup, and optimization of: Roasting ovens; Automatic packaging machines; Bagging and packing lines.
• Direct support to production: Ensuring the daily startup of machinery before the start of production, minimizing downtime.
• General facility maintenance: Supervision and adaptation of HVAC, compressed air, industrial electricity, plumbing, and small welding/machining jobs.
• Spare parts and supplier management: Control of parts/spare parts stock and occasional coordination with external technical service companies.
