The role

What you'll do

Preparation and handling: Receive, inspect, and prepare raw meat materials following the production sheets.

Cutting and trimming: Perform cutting, boning, cleaning, and trimming tasks on pieces using hand tools (knives, scissors) or specific machinery (saws, slicers).

Product processing: Take part in mixing, grinding, seasoning, or assembling processed meat products (such as burgers, sausages, or skewers).

Packing and labeling: Operate packing lines (vacuum or modified atmosphere), cartoning, weighing, and labeling with batch, ingredient, and expiry information.

Quality and hygiene control: Monitor the visual condition of the product, ensure traceability, and strictly comply with food safety and cleaning protocols for the work area (usually in cold rooms or cold zones).

Previous experience in the duties described above
