Attitude: We are looking for a young, responsible, hardworking profile who is not intimidated by physical work outdoors. We want someone eager to learn and, above all, someone seeking long-term stability.
Indispensable requirement: Having your own vehicle to be able to commute daily to the farm, and residing in the area [indicate area/nearby towns].
Training: Specific studies are not essential, although we will very positively value it if you have a Vocational Training Certificate (Grado Medio) in Agricultural Production, Gardening, or similar.
Continuous training: You will learn a trade at the side of people who know the land, acquiring very valuable practical knowledge.
Salary: According to the agricultural collective agreement with the possibility of progression as you assume more autonomy on the farm.

Working outdoors and in direct contact with the land, you will be responsible for:
Performing general care and maintenance tasks for the farm and crops.
Supporting key tasks in the agricultural cycle (sowing, irrigation, pruning, harvesting, or fertilizing, depending on the season).
Handling manual tools and basic agricultural machinery (we will teach you their correct and safe use).
Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the farm.
Schedule: Continuous working day from 07:00 to 15:00 / Schedule adapted to the seasonality of the countryside
