We are looking to hire a Door Cleaning and Finishing Operator to join the production team. You will be responsible for leaving the surface of each piece immaculate after the manufacturing or lacquering process, ensuring the product meets the highest visual standards before packaging. What you'll do

Cleaning and conditioning of surfaces: Removing adhesive residues, debris, machining chips, dust, or protective wax from doors and furniture panels after they pass through the manufacturing or lacquering lines.

Quality control and visual inspection: Carefully examining each piece to detect surface imperfections (scratches, chips, paint defects, misalignments, or color inconsistencies) before giving the final approval for packaging.

Use of products and tools: Correctly and safely applying mild solvents, non-abrasive industrial cleaners, scrapers, or microfiber cloths suited to each type of finish (lacquered, natural wood, laminate, etc.).

Handling and turning of pieces: Carefully maneuvering and positioning large-format panels to clean and inspect both faces and edges without damaging the material.

Sorting and routing: Separating and labeling pieces that are clean and ready for the next phase, and reporting any defective items to the quality or rework department for correction.
