What you'll get

Permanent contract
Monday to Friday schedule
Shift from 7:00 to 17:15h and Fridays until 14:00h
Intensive working day in summer
Vacations during Holy Week, August, and Christmas, due to factory closure.
Salary Range: 25000 - 30000 euros per year

The role

Do you want to work in a company specialized in the industrial sector with consolidated growth? If you have experience as a metal profiler, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Setup and calibration: Adjust the distance, alignment, and pressure of the roller stations according to the thickness and type of material.

System feeding: Mount the coil on the decoiler and guide the leading edge through the feeder.

CNC/PLC Programming: Enter the cutting dimensions, number of pieces, feed speed, and punching patterns into the control panel.

Quality control: Continuously inspect the radius of curvature, straightness (avoiding twisting or bowing), and the dimensional accuracy of the resulting profiles.

Preventive maintenance: Lubricate bearings, check the wear of the cutting rollers, and clean metal chips or residue from the rollers.
