At OBRAMAT, leaders in the Reform and Construction market, we are looking for the leaders of the future. Through the Telemachus program, we bet on your growth with an intensive 2-year itinerary designed to train and project you directly towards a Manager position.
Stage 1 - Introduction to OBRAMAT
You will join the Company as a Commercial Manager, starting your journey living the mission of a Salesperson. This stage is key to integrating you into the commercial environment, deepening your product knowledge, and putting your technical sales competencies, customer orientation, and continuous learning into practice, laying the foundations of the business and validating your ability to take on greater responsibilities.
Stage 2 - Commercial Manager
Progressively and autonomously carry out the mission of the Commercial Manager. In this stage, the participant is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring the proper maintenance of the Warehouse, the application of the commercial policy, and the operational support of their team.
Stage 3 - Sector Manager
Consolidate the participant as a Sector Manager, allowing them to autonomously and strategically carry out the Mission of the Sector Manager. The participant must ensure customer satisfaction and the sustainable development of the sector's results, leading their team with a focus on operational effectiveness, economic management, and commercial animation, in line with the Warehouse and Obramat project.
Stage 4 - Warehouse Opening
The opening of a new Warehouse is an exciting moment for all of Obramat. You will have the opportunity to temporarily support this unique moment and get to know what it entails in depth.
Stage 5 - End of the Journey
Your journey in Telemachus has come to an end, making you a Sector Manager in one of our new Warehouses.
