The role

What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be the organizational engine of the workshop, handling parts logistics and the efficiency of the technical team:
Workshop planning: Receiving, opening, and organizing work orders, assigning tasks to mechanics based on urgency and availability.
Stock management and forecasting: Receiving, checking, labeling, and locating parts in the warehouse, ensuring everything is ready before starting the repair.
Customer service and advice: Accurately identifying spare parts needs for both the internal team and direct customers.
Supplier relations: Processing, following up on, and negotiating parts orders to ensure repair times are strictly met.
Digital control: Using the management software to record the status of orders, entries, exits, and inventories.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years working as a spare parts specialist, technical warehouse manager, or in workshop reception/organization (automotive, industrial vehicles, or agricultural machinery).
Leadership and organizational skills: Experience in workflow management, task prioritization, and direct interaction with technical teams (mechanics).
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with parts catalogs, reference numbers, and mechanical or industrial components.
Digital proficiency: Fluent use of computer tools and workshop or stock management software (ERP).
Location: Residency in Vila-sana or surrounding areas (Mollerussa, Bellpuig, Linyola, etc.) and availability of a personal vehicle.
