What we're looking for

EXPERIENCE AS A SALESPERSON IS ESSENTIAL.
Previous experience in a call center in the sales department and resolving issues.
Skills with office tools.

Nice to have

HYBRID initial training for 6 days, Paid at 153 euros.

What you'll do

Making calls to former customers to get them to return to the company.
Making calls to resolve issues.
Managing internal email.
Surveying and negotiating with clients.
Meeting the quality requirements and parameters set by the company.

How you'll work

Non-rotating shifts.
Availability from Monday to Friday
Schedule from 1pm-8pm - 35-hour contract.
Direct contract with the company with an initial duration of 2 months with a real possibility of becoming permanent.
On-site work at C/Alcalá 265, Madrid.
