Reporting to the Technical Management, your main responsibilities will be:
Project leadership: Manage the technical development team for industrial metal chimney projects, from the order phase to production launch.
Planning and control: Oversee the technical planning of projects, monitoring deadlines, risks, and goal achievement.
Interdepartmental coordination: Technically coordinate projects with the commercial department and clients during design and execution, as well as transfer technical information to production and workshop to ensure correct manufacturing.
Technical support: Provide support to the manufacturing, quality, and assembly areas during project execution.
Calculation and design: Perform structural and thermal calculations for designs (ensuring compliance with regulations), define materials/specifications, and develop 3D designs along with approval and manufacturing drawings.
Continuous improvement: Collaborate on standardizing designs, procedures, and associated technical documentation.
