The role

What you'll do

Systems and infrastructures:

Supervise servers, networks, communications, and connectivity between the various centers and plant teams with the ERP. Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity policies, backups, and relationships with specialized technology providers.

ERP implementation and evolution:

Act as the main interlocutor and internal driver in the implementation, parameterization, testing, first-level support, and user training of the sector-specific management ERP (Hispatec).

Business Intelligence & reporting:

Define key KPIs alongside Management and design dashboards and automated reports using Power BI to optimize decision-making.

Digital transformation and AI:

Identify administrative and operational processes susceptible to digitalization and automation (Power Automate, applied AI tools), fostering a culture of productivity and practical innovation.

Support and operational continuity:

Provide support to users at the work centers and ensure the uninterrupted availability of systems, especially during peak activity periods of the campaign.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering, Higher Degree in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), or a related technical qualification. Experience: Between 3 and 5 years in systems administration, support, and application management functions in business environments.

Technical knowledge: Mastery of Microsoft 365 environments, networks, and information security.

Experience in implementation, migration, or maintenance of ERP systems (knowledge of Hispatec is highly valued).

Proficiency or knowledge in Power BI and development of automations (Power Automate or similar).

Key competencies: Communication skills and user orientation, proactivity, autonomous incident resolution, and an active interest in new technologies and AI.

Valuable: Previous experience in companies within the fruit and vegetable, agri-food, or industrial sectors.

About the company & team

Recognized leading company in the agri-food and fruit and vegetable sector, with several production centers and industrial activity. In the midst of a process of expansion, modernization, and technological consolidation, we are looking to hire an IT and Digital Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of its systems, the integration of the corporate ERP, and the operational digitalization of the centers.

Reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Directorates, you will be the key figure to guarantee the continuity, security, and optimization of the company's infrastructures, leading the adoption of cutting-edge tools (ERP, Business Intelligence, automation, and AI) and facilitating the daily work of the different departments.
