We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join an RPO project with a major international client on a permanent basis, in a dynamic environment with a diversity of profiles. Location: Madrid.

What are we looking for?

A senior professional with consolidated experience in recruitment, capable of managing processes from start to finish and with a strong client orientation.

Experience working with the following will be especially valued:

• Corporate profiles
• Technical and engineering profiles
• Maintenance profiles
• IT and technological profiles
• Specialized and hard-to-fill technical positions

• Review and pre-select candidate CVs to present the most qualified ones to clients, focusing on candidates and temporary workers.
• Administer evaluations, tests, or technical assessments of candidates as required by the client, ensuring their timely completion and review to meet high-volume staffing needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing information on company background, interview tips, and job expectations for operational job opportunities.
• Use multiple sourcing methods, such as social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in the areas of logistics, industrial and specialized trades, contact centers, hospitality, and retail.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and accurately define job requirements for the requested positions.
• Facilitate briefing meetings with hiring managers to analyze candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations regarding job security, income continuity, and career path personalization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies through proactive sourcing and engagement in conversations about their long-term development goals. Match candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations to the client's job specifications, ensuring the best fit for permanent or freelance positions in the areas of engineering, IT, healthcare, finance, sales and marketing, human resources, legal, and administrative and office support.
