At HMY Yudigar, global leaders in design and manufacturing for commercial spaces, we are looking to add a Quality Resource to our production team.

We are looking for a committed, mature person with experience in the industrial/work environment, who values stability and seeks a long-term professional project. If you have a desire to learn, a proactive attitude, and basic knowledge of metal processes, we are counting on you!

-Update Long-term PPMs. Manage customer claims.

-Update Short-term PPMs. Manage customer and internal claims.

-Rejections of material from other sections and internal rejections. Review and manage IPPMs.

-Communicate claims to the workers involved.

-Review drawings without dimensions or with incorrectly taken dimensions at the request of the worker,

-Audit the use of appropriate PPE for each workstation. Gloves, sleeves, aprons, goggles?

-Attendance at the daily quality meeting with the rest of the HMY sections

-Review of aisles, sheet metal and tube shelving, and outdoor areas of both sections

-Review of Gas levels for the maintenance of supplies in the sections.

-Periodic meetings with different departments of the section to address issues affecting the section's quality processes

-Deliver induction courses and prevention training to new hires.

-Printing and binding of the self-control and self-maintenance logbooks with their corresponding updates

-Manage the annual external audit of the two sections.

-Daily audit of self-controls and daily self-maintenance of 5 workstations

-Instant observations as a prevention resource

• Fixed afternoon shift (15:00 to 23:00)
