Senior Maintenance Technician

What do we offer?

Job requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance; previous experience leading or supervising teams will be very positively valued.
• Education: Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics, or similar (or Technical Engineering).
• Technical skills:
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments.
• Handling of maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Management and OSH: Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health regulations (use of PPE) and experience in workshop management and stock/purchasing.
• Key competencies: Leadership capacity, initiative, organization, and good communication skills to coordinate external providers.

At Randstad, we are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on the comprehensive management of our facilities. A strategic role that combines the control of preventive and corrective maintenance (CMMS) with team leadership, the coordination of external providers, and workshop management. Your main duties will be:

• Technical plant management: Execution and supervision of the preventive maintenance plan and resolution of corrective breakdowns reported via CMMS.
• Leadership and team management: Direct management and supervision of the internal maintenance team, assigning tasks and guaranteeing operational efficiency.
• External coordination: Liaison and monitoring of the actions carried out by external technicians and provider companies.
• Workshop and purchasing control: Comprehensive management of the workshop, including inventory and stock control and the acquisition of spare parts and consumables.
• Safety and regulations (OSH): Ensuring strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health criteria (use of PPE) and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work areas.
