Electromechanical Technician

Training: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical experience performing preventive/corrective maintenance in production plants (experience in the food industry or continuous packaging/processing is highly valued).

Technical knowledge:

Generalist profile with a greater emphasis on the mechanical part (motors, lathe, reducers, pneumatics).

Good knowledge of industrial electricity and electrical control panels.

Key Competencies: Proactive attitude, commitment, zero absenteeism, and a good predisposition toward teamwork.

Availability: Ability to work in rotating Morning and Afternoon shifts (M-A) from Monday to Friday (06:00 to 14:00 h and 14:00 to 22:00 h), a middle shift, and occasional availability to work nights or overtime if operations require it.

Location: Residence in Valencia or nearby areas with own vehicle to access the workplace.

Corrective and Preventive Maintenance: Execution of daily preventive maintenance tasks and resolution of corrective breakdowns at mechanical and electrical levels on production lines.

Mechanics and Installations: Interventions on motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, transmissions, reducers, and basic machining (use of lathe for mechanical adjustments).

Electricity and Control Panels: Diagnosis and repair of electrical faults in control panels, wiring, and line components.

Robotics and Automation: Participation in the maintenance and adjustment of the new robotic cells and plant automation.

Recording and Handover: Reporting incidents in the maintenance management system and transferring information during shift changes (arriving 10 minutes early for coordination with the outgoing team).
