Refrigeration Technician

Experience: At least 3 years of previous experience as a refrigeration technician; having worked in the meat or food sector will be highly valued. Training: Vocational Training degree or Intermediate Level Vocational Training Cycle (CFGM) in Air Conditioning Installations, Electromechanics applied to refrigeration, or an equivalent technical discipline. Accreditations: Official license / certificate for the handling of fluorinated gases. Availability: Availability to work the fixed shifts (morning from 5:45 to 14:00 h or afternoon from 14:00 to 22:15 h) and to perform periodic on-call duties every month and a half. Competencies: Dynamic, proactive profile, with technical rigor, attention to detail, and a firm commitment to safety and quality measures. Ability to work both individually and in a team. Valuable: Experience or practical knowledge in maintenance management software (CMMS).

Contract: Stable employment via an indefinite contract with direct incorporation into the company. Salary remuneration: Salary band of €30,000 gross per year, to be negotiated according to the value and experience provided. Additional compensation: Specific payment for overtime and remuneration for on-call service. Social benefits: Access to the company's flexible remuneration plan. Working day and shifts: Full-time with availability for morning shifts (from 5:45 h to 14:00 h) or afternoon shifts (from 14:00 h to 22:15 h), adaptable according to operational needs. In your day-to-day as a Maintenance and Installation Technician, you will be responsible for:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and installations to guarantee their optimal performance and operability. Carrying out installations, assembly, and commissioning of air conditioning and industrial refrigeration systems. Handling refrigerant gases in accordance with safety protocols and current legal regulations. Periodically verifying the operating parameters and levels of the installations, notifying the technical manager of any deviations. Recording incidents and documenting the technical interventions carried out with clarity and precision. Performing the monitoring and inspection of installations (checklist of approximately 1 hour) during scheduled on-call weekends. Keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Proposing technical improvements in coordination with the team to optimize plant performance.
