Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your functions will be:
Execution of the scheduled plan: Perform the planned inspections, reviews, and maintenance ranges (daily, weekly, monthly) on the production lines.
Wear and lubrication control: Check and replenish lubricants, and verify the conservation status of mechanical elements subject to friction or continuous movement.
Parameter monitoring: Supervise operating variables such as temperatures, vibrations, pressures, and noises in the equipment to detect anomalies before they cause a breakdown.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Identify the origin of electromechanical failures in the plant and repair incidents in the shortest time possible to reduce unscheduled downtime.
Adjustment and calibration: Perform necessary mechanical settings and alignments in the different sections of the production chain to ensure product quality and continuous flow.
Intervention in subsystems: Repair or replace defective mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical components in the assembly or transformation lines.
Fluid and pneumatic lines: Check and maintain compressed air networks, vacuum systems, valves, actuators, and supply piping.
Electrical panels and systems: Inspect electrical cabinets, sensors, detectors, drives, and wiring in general to guarantee a safe and stable supply to the machinery.
Extraction and filtration systems: Supervise the correct functioning of the aspiration, filtration, or ventilation units associated with the work areas.
