Professional experience: Previous experience as a Senior Repair Technician (large and small appliances, coffee machines, etc.) and in the coordination or leadership of workshop teams.

Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge in electromechanics, electronics, reading technical diagrams, interpreting error codes, and electrical/thermal/pressure safety regulations.

Management and systems: Habitual use of workshop management systems (ERP, stock control, spare parts catalog, and supplier management).

Key skills: Great capacity for methodical diagnosis, orientation toward quality and safety, operational leadership skills to train the team, and problem-solving under profitability criteria.

In your day-to-day as a Senior Technician, you will assume the following responsibilities:

Act as senior technician and workshop manager, diagnosing, guiding, and supporting the team in complex repairs of small and large appliances, coffee machines, and other equipment.

Organize the workload, classify the urgency and risk of service reports, prioritize bottlenecks, and assign tasks according to the level of technical competence.

Apply a methodical diagnostic flow (from the least invasive tests to the most complex), control the safety of the environment/equipment, and perform functional, leak, and quality tests before final delivery.

Verify spare parts available in the management system, search for approved equivalents, prepare or authorize order proposals to regular suppliers, and evaluate the cost/benefit feasibility of each repair.

Monday to Friday from 8:30h to 17:30h, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.
