The role

At Randstad, we are looking for committed and forward-thinking talent to fill the position of customer loyalty teleoperator. What you'll do

Your day-to-day will include the following main responsibilities:

Managing the making and receiving of calls directed to the company's current users and customers.

Coordination, monitoring, and execution of renewals corresponding to the different loyalty campaigns.

Drafting, sending, and continuous management of informative templates via email.

Agile and rigorous processing of requests raised by users during calls.

Guaranteeing optimal standards of telephone excellence, doubt resolution, and maximum quality human interaction in every interaction.

How you'll work

Structured working hours from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 h to 18:30 h, and on Fridays an intensive workday from 09:00 h to 15:00 h

Hybrid work modality (on-site and teleworking) once the initial training stage has been successfully completed.

Requirements

To successfully perform this role of teleoperator, we are looking for a profile with a clear vocation for service, capacity for teamwork, and careful communication. It is necessary to meet the following selection criteria:

Fluent and native command of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Accredited previous experience within the energy sector.

Proven excellence in telephone customer service and interaction.

Skill, fluency, and ease in the use of IT tools and office software.

Capacity to agilely manage a high daily volume of calls with an empathetic attitude oriented toward total customer satisfaction.
