What do we offer?

• Contract: 2-month temporary contract with real possibilities of continuity.
• Working day: 30 h/week, 5 days/week from Monday to Sunday.
• Morning or afternoon shifts: within the time slot between 9:00h and 22:00h.
• Salary: €1,098.69 gross/month.
• In-person training: from 9:00h to 15:00h (Poblenou hub), with a scheduled start from November 02 until November 11.
• Paid training: €20 gross/day.
• Modality: In-person with the possibility of teleworking after completing the adaptation period.

The role

We are looking for people passionate about customer service and support, dynamic and familiar with social media, to join us as customer service operators.

Your mission will be to handle customer inquiries for a well-known supermarket chain quickly and satisfactorily.
