Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position (Telephone sales of electricity and gas).
- Fluent Catalan and Spanish
- Communication skills.
- Results orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Conversational fluency
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Previous experience in outbound calling (in the energy sector or others)
[Ability to change schedule due to necessity (vacations, sick leave...) is indispensable]
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Immediate start.
- Paid training (3 days counting from the start of the contract)
- Training will take place during the morning shift
- Location: Barcelona
- Schedule: Morning: 10h to 16h - Afternoon: 14h to 20h.
- Salary 9.69 per h
- Initial contract 3 months via ETT + possibility of joining the permanent staff
