What do we offer?

Initial 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency with the possibility of permanent incorporation into the company.

Salary: 22,500€
Vending card with a monthly balance.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 19:00, Friday from 9:30 to 14:30.
23 days of annual vacation.

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join a dynamic team in Valencia.

What you'll do

What will your main duties be?

Participation in the onboarding process, support, and monitoring of new drivers.
Management of shifts, schedules, vacations, and days off for the assigned team.
Definition and monitoring of individual and collective objectives.
Continuous performance evaluation of drivers and development of improvement plans.
Training and support of the team to guarantee a quality service.
Monitoring of business indicators and achievement of billing and efficiency objectives.
Analysis of data and industry trends (heat maps, rates, billed kilometers, etc.) for the optimization of operations.
Proposal and implementation of improvements in fleet management processes.
