Participate in ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics)
Analyze and understand internal processes (operational, legal, and support)
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Design and implement more efficient, scalable, and measurable processes
Drive a culture of operational excellence, standardizing ways of working
Lead automation projects (RPA, workflows, digital tools)
Integrate AI solutions into real processes
Coordinate internal teams to ensure correct implementation
Define and build dashboards that allow for the measurement of each process's performance
Establish clear KPIs and perform continuous monitoring of results
