The role
At RDT we continue to grow and we are looking, from our Engineering department, for a Process Engineer for manufacturing within the aeronautical sector. The position is located in Barakaldo, Bizkaia.
What you'll do
- Product Supply: support for series production, leading the diagnosis of acute/chronic problems, as well as the definition and implementation of the defined improvements.
- New Product Launch: definition and monitoring of the casting process from the initial development stages through to its complete Industrialization, including the definition and control of critical characteristics.
- Technology Development: collaboration on R&D initiatives within the Casting process. Continue the process of implementing Digitalization in the Casting Area.
What profile are we looking for?
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies or similar. A Master's degree will be valued.
- Previous experience in aeronautical Process Engineering. Previous knowledge of Investment Casting and prior experience in industrial environments will be valued.
- Languages: English Level B1 or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, proactivity, boldness, commitment, decision-making ability, customer orientation and achievement of objectives.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
