The role

Are you motivated to coordinate on-site work and ensure everything runs as it should?

At RDT, we want you to join our team and be part of a challenging and exciting project: the construction of a new pilot plant at the Port of Bilbao.

You will join a top-tier technical environment where collaboration, safety, and commitment to quality are essential. Your role as Electrical Supervisor will be key to ensuring the project's electrical and I&C installations are executed flawlessly.

What you'll do

Supervise the installation of electrical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate and provide technical support to assembly teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress and anticipate potential deviations, proposing practical and efficient solutions.
Review electrical documents, procedures, and tests.
Control materials, equipment, and tools, verifying their proper use on site.
Maintain smooth communication with engineering, construction, and the rest of the disciplines.
Prepare progress reports, incidents, and inspections.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and support decision-making in the field.
