Qualification: Vocational training in Electricity, Electromechanics or equivalent qualifications.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly and supervision of electrical substations or similar installations.

  • Experience coordinating contractors and assembly teams.

  • Experience in quality control and technical monitoring of electromechanical works.

  • Knowledge of electrical switchgear, electromechanical assembly and substation construction processes.

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to electrical installations.

  • Driving license B.

  • Availability for travel nationwide.

  • Autonomy and operational leadership in the field.

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Resolution of technical issues and decision-making.

  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Nice to have

🎯 Job Offer: Electromechanical Supervisor

We are looking to bring on board an Electromechanical Supervisor for Substations to lead and supervise the execution of electromechanical assembly in High and Medium Voltage projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, execution deadlines and safety conditions during all phases of the work.

If you have experience supervising electromechanical assemblies and wish to take part in strategic projects in the energy sector, this is your opportunity to join a highly specialized team.

What you'll do

🔧 Main Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Supervise the assembly of High, Medium and Low Voltage equipment, electrical cabinets, metal structures, busbars and other electromechanical substation components.

  • Coordinate and supervise the activity of contractors, subcontractors and on-site assembly personnel.

  • Control the quality of the work performed and verify its correct implementation in accordance with the project's technical documentation.

  • Carry out technical inspections and daily monitoring of work progress.

  • Prepare periodic progress reports and coordinate actions with the technical office and project management.

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, industrial safety and environmental standards.

  • Resolve technical issues during the execution of the work and propose solutions together with the engineering teams.

  • Verify the correct receipt, storage and use of materials and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and the requirements established by the client.
