• Define the Service Execution Plan (SEP), including project objectives and strategies, scope, risks and opportunities, financial plan, quality and safety requirements, and its implementation.
• Lead the supply management team and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Fluid communication and relationships with commercial teams and suppliers, including regular visits.
• Ensure the project is executed on time and within budget, as well as preparing periodic progress and contract cost reports.
• Hold regular meetings to review project progress and commercial aspects with all stakeholders.
• Manage and assign tasks to employees and service providers, particularly logistics coordinators.
• Ensure that all supply chain-related documentation, such as correspondence, pending tasks, contract change notifications, and authorizations, is properly controlled and managed.
• Final financial closing of contracts.
• Availability to travel internationally.
