We're looking for a Technology Manager to make sure our IT changes and tech ecosystem are safe and well-managed. You'll be working closely with our Operations and Product teams to keep projects on track.

• Assessing initiatives that require IT changes
• Identifying dependencies, impact, and risks, and making sure they're properly analysed, tested, and managed
• Representing the Technology team in larger change and transformation programmes, and taking ownership of relevant tasks
• Building and optimising scalable processes to support our hyper-growth
• Leading and executing projects end to end
• Preparing reports and keeping directors and other stakeholders updated
• Resolving issues with management and stakeholders
