The role

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus Logistics, we are looking to hire a "Distribution Operative" with demonstrable experience for our Barcelona branch, whose main mission is to carry out distribution processes to ensure the proper functioning of the service, with the aim of providing a personalized, high-quality service to our clients.

What you'll do

Handling customer service requests
Receiving and processing orders
Coordinating deliveries with recipients
Coordinating deliveries with transport providers and assembly teams
Preparing transport documentation
Opening, managing, and invoicing shipments
Resolving issues

Requirements

Training in logistics and transport
Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
Valuable: English proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
