What we're looking for

✅ Requirements

Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
Advanced Excel (Power Query) and DAX.
SQL (mandatory).
Experience or interest in debt management, collections, billing, or client accounting.
Knowledge (even basic) of ERP Cloud (Oracle), Salesforce, or Siebel.
Good communication skills and ability to work transversally.

Nice to have

A Master's in Data Analysis / Data Analytics is a plus.
Knowledge of Python (Pandas) is a plus.
Experience with collections management tools will be valued.

The role

We are looking for someone with a solid financial background and experience in data analysis, who wants to be part of an environment where analysis has a direct impact on decision-making and the optimization of debt management.

The selected person will work with databases of outstanding customer debt, being responsible for transforming large volumes of financial information into structured analyses, useful segmentations, and management dashboards.

The role combines financial vision, analytical capability, and a business-oriented approach, actively participating in defining key indicators and communicating results to different levels of the organization.

It is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and play a key role in creating and structuring an analysis and reporting area.

What you'll do

🧩 Main Responsibilities

Analysis and exploration of financial data on debt and billing: types, monthly trends, delinquencies, etc.
Definition and implementation of recurring reporting procedures to support decision-making.
Monitoring financial indicators, detecting deviations, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Identification and improvement of automated processes in debt management tools.
Collaboration with the BI team in creating management dashboards.
Definition and evolution of financial and collections KPIs.
