What you will do in your day-to-day...

Your main mission will be to develop and execute the control environment associated with the processes of the Treasury and Markets Directorate, with a special focus on obtaining, validating, and analyzing management results and information coming from Murex. Likewise, you will collaborate in the design, implementation, and automation of internal controls for Markets activity, promoting the use of data analysis and visualization tools that allow for the reinforcement of monitoring, traceability, and process efficiency.

Your main duties will include:

• You will manage the obtaining, validation, and analysis of management results for the Treasury and Markets Directorate, ensuring the consistency of the generated information and its alignment with the various corporate sources.
• You will develop and execute controls associated with management information coming from Murex, identifying incidents, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in the processes supported by said platform.
• You will prepare periodic reports and ad hoc analyses for the Directorate through the exploitation of business information, results, activity, and risks from the various Markets areas.
• You will participate in the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the internal control framework for Markets activity, guaranteeing adequate coverage of the main operational and process risks.
• You will design and develop automatic and semi-automatic controls oriented towards activity monitoring, ensuring their integration within the unit's control environment.
• You will develop dashboards and monitoring indicators through data visualization tools, facilitating process supervision and the early identification of incidents and relevant trends.
• You will participate in the definition and maintenance of information models and control metrics, guaranteeing the quality, integrity, and traceability of the data used.
• You will drive the automation of processes and controls through the use of corporate tools, contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency and the reduction of manual tasks.
• You will collaborate with the Business, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Operations areas in the analysis and resolution of incidents related to Markets processes and the systems that support them.
• You will participate in cross-functional process improvement projects, functional evolutions of Murex, and new initiatives related to the digitalization and automation of the control environment.
• You will keep updated the functional, methodological, and procedural documentation associated with the controls, processes, and tools managed by the unit.
