At Paycomet, an entity of Grupo Banco Sabadell specializing in payment solutions, we are looking to hire a Hunter ISV to lead the acquisition of new technology partners and accelerate the growth of our alliance channel.
Drive the growth of the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) channel through the identification, acquisition, and activation of new strategic partners, developing collaboration agreements that generate new business opportunities and position Paycomet as a leading partner in integrated payment solutions.
Execute and administer operating procedures for the correct management of products and services linked to banking operations. This includes both the management of products contracted by customers across their entire catalog, as well as the management of the bank's own operations in its daily management of people (registrations, cancellations, etc.) and resources (real estate, contractual, supplies, etc.). Its correct management implies execution in accordance with the operating protocols established throughout its entire chain and sequence of tasks, monitoring service levels, and incorporating continuous improvement processes.
What you'll do
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize software companies with collaboration potential.
- Develop prospecting and acquisition strategies for new partners at a national level.
- Perform commercial activities for market opening and opportunity generation, primarily through cold outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, trends, and key players in the ISV ecosystem in Spain.
- Manage meetings with CEOs, Finance Directors, and business managers to present value propositions.
- Coordinate, together with specialized technical teams, the technological validation and integration meetings.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, collaboration models, and incentives.
- Lead the onboarding process and initial activation of new partners.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline and acquisition and conversion indicators.
- Transfer account management to the Account Management team once the collaboration has been formalized and activated.
