The role

Your mission will be to assist customers who visit or contact the Sanitas offices and carry out all the necessary procedures to provide them with the service they require, in accordance with established procedures, helping to increase sales and maximize customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

💙You will inform customers about any questions they may have regarding product coverage, prices, and promotions.

💙You will handle the registration of new policies and inclusions, sale of supplementary products, management of transfers, authorizations...

💙Administrative support for Sales Managers.

💙You will request coverage reports and assessments when processing authorizations.

💙You will provide details of the medical provision in the area (medical panel, healthcare centers, etc.).

💙You will apply, where applicable, the customer retention procedures.

💙You will handle the administrative procedures that customers require regarding: payment management, card requests, copayments...

💙You will manage customer incidents and complaints.
