We are looking for Telephone Advisors for the Customer Retention team.
Your mission will consist of transforming the customer's intention to cancel into a loyalty opportunity through specific commercial retention actions, and you will perform the negotiation and management of debt, administrative incidents, and/or any action defined within the framework of promoting the satisfaction and continuity of our Customers, in accordance with the procedures and efficiency standards established by the company
