What you'll do

Your mission will be to lead the IT operations governance model at Sanitas, ensuring controlled, resilient execution aligned with the business, as well as managing Communications, IT Contact Center, vulnerabilities, technological obsolescence, and cross-functional infrastructure and platform migration projects. Additionally:

💙 You will lead the IT operations governance model, ensuring controlled operations aligned with the business alongside SRE, Security, and Development teams.

💙 You will drive operational resilience, vulnerability management, and technological obsolescence, ensuring business continuity and platform renewal.

💙 You will define and oversee SLAs/SLOs, operational risks, and compliance, as well as managing vendors and contracts for communications, contact center, and security.

💙 You will be responsible for Communications and IT Contact Center, also leading budget, people management, and cross-functional infrastructure projects.

What do you need?
