Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree at least at MECES level 3:
Bachelor's degree + Master's degree, or
Licenciatura (old Spanish degree), or
Higher Engineering degree.
ITIL certification
Holding ITIL certification v2, v3, or v4.
Technical experience

Experience in:

Management of software development and infrastructure projects.
Unix/Linux operating systems.
VMware and virtualization environments.
Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
Windows Server.
SAN networks and storage.
Communications and networks.

In addition to ITIL, at least one of the following certifications will be required:

Red Hat Certified JBoss System Administrator / Engineer (RHCJA/RHCJ)
VMware Advanced or Professional Certification
Oracle Database Certified Professional or Master
EDB Postgres Advanced Server
MySQL Database Administrator
Red Hat Certified Specialist in Enterprise Application Server Administration
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate / MCSE Core Infrastructure

The role

We are looking to hire an IT Services Coordinator to participate in the management and coordination of services and projects, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, infrastructure, and IT services.

What you'll do

Management and coordination of IT services and projects.
Management of projects related to software development, systems, communications, and technological infrastructure.
Administration and configuration of operating systems in Unix/Linux environments.
Administration and configuration of Windows Server operating environments.
Administration and configuration of VMware virtualization platforms.
Administration and configuration of SAN networks and storage systems.
Administration and configuration of Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
Monitoring of incidents, changes, problems, and requests within IT services.
Coordination with technical teams, vendors, and various stakeholders.
Supervision of the availability, performance, and continuity of services.
Participation in the definition and improvement of operational procedures and processes.
Application of IT service management best practices based on ITIL.
