Business Development - Trade Marketing

We are looking for a person responsible for coordinating and executing trade marketing strategies to drive the sale of our technical gastronomic ingredients in the Business Units (France and other countries), working closely with the Business Unit (BU) teams and their distributors to optimize the presence of our products in the B2B market

• Develop and execute marketing plans to increase product demand in the Business Units (BU).
• Organize and lead business review meetings to adapt marketing strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities and adapt products according to market needs.
• Create incentive programs and organize events to promote products.
• Provide marketing materials and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Organize local events and trade fairs, either from SOSA or in support of Valrhona Sélection events.
• Organize training sessions on product use and sales.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of the business units and propose improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of trade marketing strategies.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
