The role

Join us as a Plant Upstream Planning Lead and take charge of supply chain execution at the plant level. This is a high-impact role where you will drive operational efficiency, optimize material flow, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless production and delivery.

What you'll do

  • Oversee upstream planning to ensure timely material availability and optimal inventory levels
  • Analyze supply chain performance data and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align schedules with demand and supplier capacity
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen safety, quality, and operational performance
