About the role:
A key role in our payroll team with responsibility for delivering complete payroll services from A to Z in an international environment that facilitates continuous learning and career development.

• Responsibility for the entire payroll process for Norwegian customers, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to the team's work on streamlining processes and improving service quality through innovative technology solutions.
• Provide expert support and handle complex payroll matters with high professional competence and commitment.

What can you offer?
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience with the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, bank file preparation, holiday pay calculation, and more.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, are proactive, and have a development-oriented mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's success.
• You master Norwegian at C2 level and have good English skills (minimum B2), as well as solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law and payroll regulations.
• Experience with SD Worx Payroll Engine (also called G7) is a major advantage.
