As a Project Management Officer, you are the connecting link between our customers and the project team. You are responsible for the planning and coordination of both implementation projects for new customers and interventions, changes, and additional assignments for existing customers.

In addition, you support the consultancy team on an organizational and administrative level. Thanks to your talent for structure, organization, and planning, our consultants can work efficiently and together you ensure satisfied customers.

No two days are the same. One day you support the launch of new projects, the next day you coordinate interventions and changes for existing customers. You ensure that all activities align well and you monitor the capacity and planning of the team.

• You support the project team during the launch of new projects and are the first point of contact for the planning of, among other things, kick-offs and analyses.

• You provide administrative support to the project team.

• You manage and optimize the planning of consultants for both implementation projects and interventions and changes for existing customers.

• You ensure that all project and intervention activities align well.

• You monitor capacity and support the efficient deployment of available resources.

• You coordinate changes within ongoing projects and existing customer environments.

• You ensure correct and complete project administration.

• You monitor correct and timely invoicing of our projects and interventions.
